ADORABLE - MY GRANDSON LOVES THESE AND WANTS TO PLAY WITH THEM ALL OF THE TIME...MY ONLY RECOMMENDATION IS THAT THEY ADD A CARRY BAG FOR THEM, HIS FORST QUESTION WAS, "HOW DO I CARRY ALL OF THESE"?

I purchased this as a gift for my nephew going into kindergarten. He has been interested in addition and enjoyed using these to complete math problems and use them to measure things around the house. His 3 year old brother is enjoying exploring them too. I also purchased a set for my 3 year old daughter but haven't given them to her yet. After seeing her cousins excited and engaging with them I know she will too!

My 3-year-old granddaughter loves it. We play with it whenever I visit, and she enjoys putting two animals together, and trying to figure out which animal they add up to. She keeps the toy in her room so that she can play with it at night if she has trouble sleeping. Great way to learn addition!

These toys are not great for teaching your child how to measure properly, the blocks are cut an additional 1/16 of an inch. While that may not be much, for an expensive product called inchimals, I would expect them to be the correct sizes.

Twin boys received this for their 5th birthday. They love it! They are really into animals and they like comparing the sizes of the animals. It really puts them in perspective. They wanted to know if a giraffe is taller than Uncle Ted (6'7"). They like adding two animals together to equal another animal and take turns putting the animals together while the other twin writes down the numbers.

My 6 and 4 year olds love this. The math problems they can do with these is amazing. They also love measuring things around the house with the different animals.

My home schooled grandchildren love this teaching tool. It makes simple fun sense. The blocks are bright and clear. The concept keeps them busy. I love the work book that comes with the inchimals.

Good quality, but it is alittle difficult to actually explain its usage to the child. We have worked together on its usage and his knowledge is increasing.

Gave this to my granddaughter (age 4) for an early X-mas present & she seemed to really like it. She didn't exactly understand measurement at her young age, but her mother & I tried to have her count the inches in each "inchimal" & on her own, she stacked various groups of inchimals to see how many were needed to keep them the same height. So she was learning how different combinations of sizes could make the same final height of inchimals. She liked doing the white eraseboard calculations using pictures for some of the equations. Again, she might be a little young overall to fully understand the calculations & measurements, but at least she seemed to enjoy exploring the "blocks" & using the whiteboard with the help of her older brother who really seemed to like doing the math. Great learning tool, well made, & very colorful inchimals!

I will be buying one of theses for all of the little people in my life when they come of age. I love how this toy grows with the child and the animals are so darn cute! Great introduction to mathematical concepts and ideas. Bought for a 4 year old who is into animals and he loves playing with it.

I gifted this learning toy to my four-year-old grand-daughter, Amara, so that she can develop her math skills. Her mother tells me that Amara loves Inchimals both as a learning tool and toy. However, Amara, who is very intelligent, does not like to be taught anything. Hence Inchimals was the perfect gift for her. One day, I saw her play with it on FaceTime: first, she arranged all the pieces in order, stating the number written at the bottom; and then she did some addition, as prompted by the book, by adding 12+4–that was absolutely astounding to me. I think Amara will learn math through play, provided no one forces Inchimals on her! My older daughter, who is 45 now, tells me that she used to play with Inchimals also, and liked it very much. She has saved the pieces and the book and will give them to Amara. I will have to ask her at what age she got this learning tool and how, qqqbecause I was not aware she had it!

I was surprised how much my 3 year old son loves this toy. He loves putting smaller animals together to make one bit animal, and loves matching them up.

My granddaughter is 3 3/4 years old and she loves learning and playing with Inchimals. She enjoys playing the games with her parents, using the wipe off board, and the finely illustrated character blocks. She is learning how to add and to measure. This is a great educational tool along with being a fun and enjoyable toy. I recommend Inchimals for any 3 to 6 year old. Thank you.

I was searching for a novel indoor activity for my three year old godson to enjoy and this is definitely it! He was intrigued by the beautiful design, and his parents are thrilled to have a fun tool to practice numbers on while he prepares for preschool.
